Koby offers over 20 years of experience in design and construction of custom homes. She works personally with our clients to guide them through the design and decision process, from planning to execution. Koby's knowledge and experience along with her contribution of her design and organizational skills is priceless during the building process.

Brandon Bowen | Business Development and Construction
Brandon brings exemplary project management skills to our team with over 10 years of experience in construction. He oversees the daily site management of our projects along with business and financial transactions for the company. He is also leading Project Development and acquisitions.

Sarah works closely with our construction team, as well as our clients, facilitating selection and design during the entire construction process. After receiving her interior design degree, Sarah has specialized in residential design working on projects in Arkansas, Oklahoma and New England. "I love designing around the architecture of the home and making intentional selections that fit my client's lifestyle and story--your home should be as unique as you are!"

Bill weekly, only for work done and materials delivered & invoiced to us. We do not take large up front deposits. We are only paid as work is completed.

Manage payments through a 3rd party accountant.
