For the homeowner that is new to construction but would still like to be very involved in their build. In partially managed, we manage the structural phase of the project; Including foundation, framing, mechanical rough-in (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and roofing). We continue consulting on an owner-managed basis.
The homeowner then manages the remainder of the project with the tools provided by our time. All labor, materials and sub-contracted services are still at cost to the owner.

Vendor and contractor list to utilize the rest of the build
Contract forms for use with Sub Contractors (Indemnification Agreement)
Step-by-Step Construction Guide, with project overview and detailed sections
Building schedule spreadsheet (Tenatative to change)
Mobile repository for bids, contract, plans, budget (Access to CoConstruct)
Proactive phone and email consultation during your entire project (Schedule at beginning of each phase of the project)
Onsite inspections by Code Certified Inspectors (Schedule at end of structural phase - prior to drywall)
